The initial offer they wanted to market was an info-product teaching tax fundamentals to small business owners helping them to save a minimum of $10,000 per year in taxes, and build a mostly automated business with minimal fulfillment workload.
We foresaw a bottleneck with this business, where revenue would only be produced when sales were made - so we pivoted to a service based business model where clients would pay a monthly retainer and receive personalized tax advice from our client and his team.
We created the entire company from zero for our client and built the entire front-end A-Z

Within the first quarter of launching, we were able to net over $60,000 of monthly recurring revenue despite building out the entire company from scratch.
The average ticket size was anywhere from $3k/mo to $5k/mo for ongoing accounting + tax advisory services.
We were able to help our clients build a business that continues to make money each month regardless of sales volume or market conditions.
Although we wanted to scale this into a multi-million dollar tax firm - our client mainly started this business to replace his job, and opted to simply maintain his existing clientbase after crossing $100k/mo in net profits.
Throughout this whole process - our client was not involved in the day-to-day of running the company.
He simply provided us with education, funding, and we built out the rest!

This was a fun project for us, so we're looking to acquire more tax/accounting firms as clients and scaling them to the next level!
